Cook pasta according to directions and set aside.
Purée chipotle peppers and adobo sauce with a blender or food processor, or chop finely with a knife.
Add chipotle purée to a sauce pan and heat up on medium high for 1 minute.
Add heavy cream and ¼ tsp of salt. Stir to combine.
Bring it to a light boil for 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pan or wok on medium high heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add bell peppers and cook for 4 minutes.
Add pasta, chipotle sauce, and peas and stir to combine.
Turn off the heat and add sliced honey soy chicken and cilantro. Mix well and serve!
