My husband and I are so excited to be expecting a new addition to our family this year. For the first time in three years, we are taking an adults-only trip for our babymoon. We decided to return to the beautiful and romantic city of Paris, and we can’t wait! We went a few years ago with our two kids for our first international trip as a family. Having a range of travel essentials made packing and unpacking a breeze (see my family packing essentials here).
For our vacation, I updated some of our travel essentials. They do a great job keeping us organized, with simple and chic designs that fit well together for a cohesive look. It’s what my travel dreams are made of!
Hardshell Expandable Luggage Set
These beautiful gold luggage are a beautiful upgrade from our old plain black ones. I prefer hardtop exteriors because I feel like they protect the contents better than a softshell. This material is extremely lightweight and durable and has multi-directional double spinner wheels that can rotate easily and smoothly, which makes life easier when traveling with multiple bags (and kids!) I have a skincare routine that I never stray from, even on vacation – a spacious and compact toiletry bag is a necessity. This one keeps all my toiletries and hair accessories well-organized. There are 2 clear leakproof compartments and 2 mesh compartments with mesh pouches and elastic bands to keep bottles in place. It measures 12 x 4.5 x 8 inches closed and 12.5 x 35.5 inches open and has a hook to hang, making it perfect for places with limited counter space. Portable Travel Bottles
These leak-proof silicone tubes are easily refillable and come in a pack of four. I like these better than regular travel-sized bottles because you can squeeze all the product out of them! I use mine to carry his and her shampoo and conditioner.
Travel Cosmetic Bag
Beautiful and durable, this portable cosmetic organizer is the perfect size to hold my cosmetics. I currently keep my other case at home to store all my makeup, so I purchased this for travel. I like how the white color matches the modern neutral look of the rest of my travel gear. The exterior is waterproof and so is the interior brush holder. The inner compartments are also sturdy and adjustable, which makes them easy to fill.
Travel Shoe Bag
These stylish shoe bags are so great because they prevent the bottom of the shoes from touching your other items. With durable and water-resistant material, it has three compartments to hold your shoes – the main compartment, an inner mesh pocket, and a back zipper pocket. I can fit five pairs of size 6 shoes and sandals.
Portable Jewelry Case
This is a simple and compact jewelry case that securely holds my rings, earrings, and necklaces. I don’t usually travel with a lot of jewelry so this is the perfect size for me.
